Patricia (Pat) Glover is currently the President and Founder of His Hands Extended, Inc.  In the past few years, while working with various non profit organizations, Pat has discovered that though many have a passion for the goals of their organizations, many do not know what is involved to apply for funding, complete local, state or federal forms, so that they may be compliant with governmental requirements.  She has a heart to see nonprofit organizations be able to receive funding so that their program participants will learn to be financially independent, and positive, influential members of their communities.  As an Ordained Minister, Pat feels a burden for those who are seeking to become better individuals, parents, spouses, and members of society.

Because of her many years of coaching and counseling to so many people, especially women, she understands firsthand how important it is to encourage and empower these individuals to use their gifts, skills, and experiences – even negative ones – to make a positive impact in their lives first, and then to ‘pay it forward.’

Pat has worked and volunteered in the Florida State Correctional system for many years, and in 2009, co-founded a Prison Transitional Program, the Ladies Empowerment and Action Program (LEAP), for adult incarcerated women with an emphasis on training them to establish microenterprises once they are released.  Business and Job Skills are also vital segments of the curriculum.

Pat is a frequent speaker and facilitator in not only the Prison, but in Churches, as well as in other settings.  She is happy and excited to go where she is invited.  She loves to see lives transformed and spirits lifted; and whatever she can contribute to those new mindsets and behaviors, she is delighted to help.  She is also proud to be a co-author of two books.

Pat also is an Accountant, preparing both personal and corporate tax returns, and various Bookkeeping and other financial services duties.

Pat is the proud Mother of 6 adult children, and 23 grandchildren. (yes, 23!), and more recently, 1 great granddaughter!  She loves to read, travel, spend time with family and friends, and attend small concerts (especially doo wop!)
