Kimberley (Kim) Napoleon is the Secretary of His Hands Extended, Inc.  She is also a Community Outreach Coordinator for another non-profit organization called Hope City Center, a faith based Organization focused on pre and post release transition services for both men and women. She also has facilitated transition classes for the non- profit Community based Organization, Ladies Empowerment and Action Program (LEAP), a Prison Reentry program for adult incarcerated women.

Her passion is Cosmetology. She is a Licensed Loctician that loves to educate individuals on their hair journey and hopes to be a salon owner soon. Her goal is to reach, mentor, and motivate as many women and mothers as she can.  She is a dedicated woman that strives to be the best that she can be, with all she does. Kim is a wife and mother of 7.

 She loves to travel, engage in family activities, dance, love and laugh. If you ask her “How do you do it?” she will reply by saying. “I JUST DO IT.”
